  • What is Beachside Brews?
    Beachside Brews is a mobile bartending company. We currently operate out of our fully custom vintage style trailer "Shelly". We serve the Jacksonville, FL community as well as the surrounding areas. We provide beverage service for weddings, private parties, corporate events, brand launches and more!
  • Does Beachside Brews supply the alcohol?
    No. Florida state laws prevent us from purchasing the alcohol. For your event, you will buy the alcohol and we take care of the rest!
  • Where are you located and will you travel?
    We are located in Jacksonville, FL. We are happy to travel and celebrate with you within 25 miles of Jacksonville. If it requires more than 50 miles roundtrip we charge an additional $2/mile each way. *Mileage is calculated from 32225 location.
  • Do you have insurance?
    Yes! We are fully licensed and insured. We carry general & liquor liability insurance. Our bartenders are also TIPS certified.
  • What does Beachside Brews provide?
    In addition to our beautiful vintage style trailer depending on the package you choose we supply: 2 fully licensed, insured, and TIPS certified bartenders. In addition: homemade syrups, fresh squeezed juices, mixers, garnishes, bar equipment, ice, coolers, napkins, biodegradable straws, cups, generator (if needed), temperature controlled fridge, and personalized menu signage!
  • What is the size of your mobile bar?
    Our mobile bar "Shelly" is 16ft long x 8ft wide x 9ft tall. We also have a tailer valet so we can position our bar in tight spaces! Our bar requires a flat ground and clear access for setup, service and breakdown. A space of about 10 feet wide x 16 feet long x 10 feet high plus more space for your guests to gather is needed during the event. We also require one standard outlet within 100ft of the trailer but don’t worry if your event is located somewhere without electricity, we have a generator for just that occasion!
  • What is your rain policy?
    If you expect rain on the day of your booking we are happy to work with your tent vendor to find a tent that fits our mobile bar. We can fit under a 9.5ft clearance.
  • What kind of events do you serve?
    We are ready to party! We serve weddings, private parties, corporate events, bridal parties, fundraisers etc. You get the idea, if we fit....we do it!
  • What is your payment & refund policy?
    We require a 30% non refundable deposit to book your event. The final payment is not due until 2 weeks prior to your event date. Once the final payment is made-it cannot be refunded.
  • Can you host a cash bar?
    No. Unfortunately, as we do not have a liquor license, we cannot collect money in exchange for alcoholic beverages.
  • Can you do indoor events?
    Yes! We love indoor events just as much as outdoor. As long as there is room for "Shelly" our mobile bar. We would need clearance for 16ft L x 8ft W x 9ft H
