We are so excited to connect with you! Go to our contact us page and fill out our form. The very first step is for you to tell us about your event. The more details the better! After you submit your form we will schedule a call to discuss beverage packages and all the finer details for your event!
Step 02
Proposal Sent
We will send over a proposal based on the information you provided us about your event. This will include package and pricing details for you to review. Getting excited?
Step 03
Contract & Deposit
To secure your date, kindly acknowledge your agreement by digitally signing the contract provided. Upon confirmation of the signed contract, a deposit of 30% is required to guarantee and finalize your event.
Step 04
Event Questionnaire
60 days prior to y0ur event (or sooner if you book closer to your date) you will receive a comprehensive questionnaire to gather essential details and preferences. We understand things can change so this is an opportunity to finalize details around: cocktail preferences, packages & head count. Don't hold back on the details, we want to hear them!
Step 05
Final Meeting
We will hop on a quick call to finalize all the details for your event. We will align expectations, clarify any last questions you may have and get you excited for your day! Our goal is to do all the heavy lifting so you can have an effortless and unforgettable event.
Step 06
PARTY TIME!
It is time to set the vibes and get this party started! We will show up early and receive the alcohol and setup our mobile bar (typically 1.5-2 hours before the start time). Then, we provide a true Beachside Brews experience and provide your guests with a beverage experience they will talk about for years to come!
